This is one of the photos that I took of Himeji Castle, which is also a World Cultural Heritage in Kyoto.
The day that our group went was incredibly hot and very humid, because of the time we went (around 37° C which is about 97° F). The outside of the castle was breathtaking and the inside gave me images of how samurai lived. Its amazing that they were able to keep the rooms inside the castle preserved so well.
