EDIT: I added his eye markings, light reflections to the both Fran's and his hat's eyes, and slightly changed the color of his uniform...I tried adding the Varia emblem on his jacket..but there wasn't enough room.....>_>

I really need to practice drawing more.....especially chibi characters.....first time drawing one.....I know that some things look a bit awkward, but I'll get it right next time!
